Obituary of Anne Marie Ducharme (née Dufour)
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our beloved mother Anne Marie Ducharme (née Dufour) on July 20, 2025 with family by her side, at the age of 95. Reunited with her beloved and cherished husband, Louis Peter Paul Ducharme (2024). Devoted mother of Peter (Christine) and Jeff (Katherine). Proud Mémé of Alexandra Reesor (Stuarrt), Peter Ducharme (Cori), Michael Ducharme (Kate), Sarah Taiariol (Ryan), Julianne Dunn (Mark), Charles Ducharme (Tamara), Alex Wani and Great Mémé of Walker, Nathan, Lillian, Madison, Zachariah, Henrik, Madalayna, Isabella, Isaiah, Judita, and Sarafina.
Anne Marie is now together in Heaven with her parents Leo and Emma (née Paquette). Dear sister of the late Leo Paul (Helen), the late Albert (Bev), and Bernadine. She will be greatly missed by many family and friends.
Anne Marie volunteered helping the children at Glengarda School with their physical therapy. She was a life time member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe CWL, as well as a Eucharistic Minister. Anne Marie loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, always making sure there was a fresh batch of chocolate chip cookies, just as she had when her boys were growing up.
At Anne Marie’s request, cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will take place at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Thursday, July 24, 2025 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. with prayers at 4:30 pm. Visitation will continue on Friday, July 25, 2025 at Most Precious Blood Church (1947 Meldrum Rd.) from 10:00 am until final tributes to Mémé at 10:45 am. Funeral Mass at 11:00 am.
