It is with profound sorrow and overwhelming pride that we announce the heartbreaking loss of a truly great man. Slavo, whose strength, kindness, and unwavering love touched the lives of all who knew him, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his children at the age of 84. Deeply loved by family, friends, and all who had the honour of knowing him. Reunited with his beloved wife Margie, 11 years to the date. Loving father of Pamela Mady (David), Jonathan Brajak (Elvie) and Adriana Malmberg (Jon). Adoring Dida to Carter, Olivia, Nathan and Brooke. Slavo was born in Karlovac, Croatia to his late parents Ivan and Ana. Also predeceased by his brother and best friend Vlado (late Ana). Dear Stric to John, Lily-Ann and Vladimir.

Memorial visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home – Banwell Location, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, Windsor (519-253-7235) on Monday, July 21, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The visitation will continue at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 22, 2025 from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Chapel Service at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Heavenly Rest.
