Obituary of Elaine Marie Dennison (nee Carriere)

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Elaine Dennison (nee Carriere) surrounded by family at the age of 83. She is reunited with her parents, Hector and Lorraine (Doe) Carriere. Loving wife to John, dear mother to Janice (Bill), Peter (Sandy), Jason (Rowena), caring grandmother to her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her siblings-in-law Maggie (late Gerald), Annie (Alec), Mary, Jim (Val),and  Frank (late Anna). Predeceased by her siblings-in-law Irene (Vic), Ron (Marilyn), Harold (Carol), Olive (Harry), Shirley (Jack). She will be deeply missed by her many nieces and nephews.

Elaine ran the Santa booth at the mall for many years since she loved the holidays. She enjoyed playing Bingo, and later in life spending time at the Alzheimers Society.

Visitation will take place at WINDSOR CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME - BANWELL CHAPEL, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E. (519-253-7235) on Friday, July 18, 2025, from 2-5 pm and 7-9 pm. Visitation will continue Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 9:00 am untilthe  time of Chapel Service at 10:00 am. Cremation to follow.
