Obituary of Patricia Delores Chapski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Patricia Chapski (nee Pitrus) at the age of 82 years. She passed away surrounded by her loved ones after a short yet strong willed battle with cancer. Patricia is reunited with her beloved husband Leslie. Loving mother to Ray (Melissa) and Terry (late Sheryl), Caring grandmother to Jacob, Dylan, Ian, Lidia and Kate. Predeceased by her parents Victor and Pauline. She will be deeply missed by her sister Caroline Szrajer, her many nieces and nephews, her extended family from Florida and her many friends. Patricia was heavily involved in Ukranian culture, and was known for her pysanky.

A visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235) on Wednesday July 16th, 2025 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm with parish prayers at 7:30pm. Visitation to follow Thursday July 17th, 2025 at Sts. Vladimir and Olga Church (601 Lake Trail Dr.) from 9am until time of the funeral service at 10am. Burial to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
