Obituary of Patricia Ann Treleaven

Patricia Ann Treleaven (nee Warner)

June 28th, 1938 - June 23rd, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of the late Patricia Ann Treleaven, who passed away peacefully on June 23rd, 2025. She is reunited with her late husband Ronald Fredrick Treleaven, who passed away in 1993.

Daughter to Rita Frieda Charlebois and Leonard Joseph Warner, step daughter to George Underwood Loving mother to Richard Fredrick (Sherry) Treleaven and Timothy John (Christine) Treleaven, dear sister to Diane, Faye, Scott, Todd, Kirk, and the late Marie. Caring aunt to Laurie, Jeff, Ronny, Donna, Jeff ,Kathy, Kenny, Keith, Jan, Cliff.

Patricia is survived by her beloved grandchildren Ricky (Tenisha), Bradley (Brittany), Josh (Rebecca), Justin (Michelle), Alana (Shane), Brandon, her step-grand children Brittney, Rachel, James, and Jodi, as well as her past daughters in law Kelly and Maryann. Special love to Morgan and Taylor. She was loved by many and shared her love unconditionally.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home - Banwell Location (11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, 519-253-7235) on Wednesday June 25th, 2025 from 7-9pm, and Thursday June 26th, 2025 from 9:30am until time of the funeral service at 10:30am in the chapel. Cremation to follow with an interment at St. Anne’s Cemetery on Saturday June 28th, 2025 at 11am. In honour of Patricia, donations may be made out to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church.
