Obituary of Jose Angeles

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jose M. Angeles, beloved husband, father, and friend, who died peacefully on June 8, 2025, at the age of 80.

Born on July 16, 1944, in the Philippines, Jose built a life marked by dedication, kindness, and quiet strength. He was the devoted husband of Cora Angeles, with whom he shared a loving marriage and a life full of cherished memories. A father, grandfather, brother and friend to many. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Jose worked for many years at Chrysler Automotive, where he was known for his strong work ethic and reliability. Outside of work, he found joy in the simple pleasures—especially bowling, a hobby he deeply enjoyed and often shared with friends and family.

Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Jose during visitation at Windsor Chapel – Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, Windsor, on Thursday June 12, from 3:00pm to 5:00pm and 7:00pm to 9:00pm.

A funeral mass will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Atonement Church in Forest Glade on Friday, June 13, at 12:30pm, where Jose will be honored with the dignity and grace he so richly deserved.  Cremation to follow.

Jose will be remembered for his unwavering devotion to his family, his warm smile, and the quiet strength he carried throughout his life. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association in Jose’s memory.
