Obituary of Gerry Joseph Charette

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beloved father Gerry Charette. Reunited with his beloved wife Theresa with whom he celebrated 58 years of marriage. Cherished father to Gerry Charette Jr. (Reyanne) and predeceased by infant daughter, Marie Louise Charette. Loving "Papa Canada" to Jeremy, Haley (Andrew), Ian and Eric (Kennedy). Cherished brother to Barbara Herman (late Steve), late Bob Charette, Russell (Kim), late John "Jackie" and surviving partner Lynn, and late Patty. He will me missed by his in-laws Norv (Bunny), Joe (Sandra), Marg Schmidt (John), Ernie (Donna), and late Nancy Crozier and surviving husband Dan. Gerry is survived by many nieces and nephews. Gerry will be remembered for his unwavering love and generous heart to his family and friends. His favourite pass time is a nice game of golf with his many friends and a cold beer at the club. As per Gerry’s wishes, cremation has taken place, and he will be laid to rest on June 19, 2025 at 2:30pm at Heavenly Rest Cemetery, St. Francis of Assisi Mausoleum.
