Obituary of Draginja Divic
With deep sorrow and love, we announce the passing of Draginja Divic on May 8, 2025, at the Hospice of Windsor, at the age of 71.
Beloved wife of Duro (George) Divic. Cherished mother of Sandra (Ken) Divic-Trudelle and devoted Baka to Calvin and Aidan. Draginja was the loving daughter of the late Mile and Danica Loncarevic and daughter in law of the late Dragan and Marija Divic.
Dear sister of the late Milka (surviving Marijan) Babic and Jovan (late Radojka) Loncarevic.
Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews: Marijela (Zvonko), Sinisa (Nikolina), Dragana (Sasa), Danijela (Helmut) and great nieces Tea, Amelia, and Milena. Also missed by the Zutic and Miscevic families.
Draginja found joy in life’s simple pleasures-cooking and baking for those she loved, tending to her garden, and spending time outdoors. She was happiest walking in nature or laughing with her grandchildren, whose lives she enriched with warmth and unconditional love.
Her gentle spirit, generous heart, and love for her family will never be forgotten.
