Obituary of Brian Francis Blain
BLAIN, Brian Francis (1973-2025)
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Brian Francis Blain, who left us far too soon on May 1, 2025, at the age of 51, following complications from organ failure.
Brian was the cherished son of the late Larry (2019) and Lynne Blain, and a devoted brother to Matthew and his wife Chantelle of Fort Nelson, B.C. He was a proud uncle to Hailey of Windsor, and to Andrew and Roylyn of British Columbia.
A man of quiet strength and a generous spirit, Brian will be deeply missed by his extended family, including his uncles and aunts: the late Wayne (2017) and Pat Fields, and Gord and Linda Blain. His many cousins, friends, and co-workers will remember him for his kind heart, warm laugh, and unwavering loyalty.
He had a special bond with his dear friend Lisa, who shared their love of Toronto Maple Leafs.
Brian approached life with humility and humor, always ready with a quick joke or a helping hand. May he rest in peace.
Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Visitation will take place on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with Catholic Prayers at 7:30 p.m., at Windsor Chapel - Central Chapel, 1700 Tecumseh Rd E., Windsor (519-253-7234).
As an expression of sympathy and to honour Brian, donations may be made to the War Amps of Canada Key Tag Service 1 Maybrook Dr. Scarborough, ON. M1V 5K9) or the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario (In Honour/ In Memoriam PO Box 460 Station K Toronto, ON M4P 9Z9).
