Obituary of Pietro D'Anna

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished Husband, Father and Nonno.

He is survived by his loving wife of 59+ years, Rosa (nee DiMaggio).

Loving father of Teresa (Chris) Manzon, Fina (Pat) Geoffrey, the late Enza (1997), and Piero D'Anna.

Proud Nonno of Daniel (Mia), Nicolas, Patrick, Peter, Enzo, and Kyle.

Predeceased by his parents Vincenzo and Maria Teresa D'Anna, and in laws Salvatore and Serafina DiMaggio.

Pietro will be forever missed by his brother and sister in laws, nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends here in Canada, Sicily Italy, and the USA.

The family would like to thank the staff at Banwell Gardens and Metropolitan Hospital for their compassionate care.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Banwell Chapel, 11677 Tecumseh Rd. E, in Windsor on Sunday April 6, 2025 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm with a funeral service at the chapel on Monday April 7 at 11:00am.  An entombment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens will follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Windsor Italian Canadian HandiCapable Association  would be greatly appreciated.
