Obituary of Darcy Gadoury

Passed away at home suddenly, surrounded by family on Friday February 21, 2025. Beloved best friend and spouse of Debbie (nee Drouillard) for 29 years. Proud father of Robert (Robbie) and Stephanie, adopted father of Jaycee, Zack, Jordan, Collin and many more. Cherished son of Deanna Leveque (Bob) and Patrick Gadoury (Darlene). Cherished grandson of Ann and Ernie Bridgen. Beloved brother of Dale (Vicki) Gadoury and Kelly Leveque, step brother of Shayne and Chuck (Tracy) Leveque. Brother -in-law of Beverly Amlin. Special uncle to Danielle (Matt), Jessica (Dallas), and Alyssa. Predeceased by Lee Leveque, Roy Leveque, Robert Jolicouer, Marjorie Drouillard and Fred Drouillard.

Darcy was a 30 year veteran in the automotive manufacturing industry and more than that in the DJ entertainment business. He was DAD to many, he was always available with a listening ear and helpful hand. He was loved by many for his kind and caring ways and his “soft-spoken” wisdom. He loved to be heard, he was happy to ensure his point was made and always - his word was last.

Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home- South Chapel 3048 Dougall Avenue (519 253-7236) on Thursday, February 27, 2025 from 3pm to 5pm and 7pm to 9pm. Prayer services will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at 4:30pm in the chapel. Cremation to follow. Memorial donations to the Windsor Essex County Humane Society or to the Ronald MacDonald House or to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
