Obituary of Donna LaButte

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother, Donna Grace LaButte at the age of 93. Loving wife to the late Howard LaButte (1997). Dear daughter of the late Nellie Pearl Compton (nee: Wright) and late Franklin Orvis Compton. Survived by her precious son Franklin LaButte (Mary-Louise), Treasured mother to the late Kenneth LaButte (2010) and the Late Allan LaButte (2018). Cherished sister to the late Isabelle Babington (1967), late Reginald Compton (1998), late Wilbur Compton, and Doreen Lennox (James). She leaves behind her beloved nieces and nephews. Donna worked in manufacturing and assembled many seatbelts for Cars. Her manufacturing career introduced her to her dear Husband Howard. She enjoyed beautiful flowers, and all different shades of purple, lilac being her favorite. Donna will be missed by her many friends and family.

Visitation will be held at WINDSOR CHAPEL CENTRAL FUNERAL HOME, (1700 Tecumseh Rd. E) 519-253-7234 on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 from 2:00pm-5:00pm and 7:00pm-9:00pm. Visitation will continue on Thursday, February 13 from 9:30am until the Time of Service in the Chapel at 10:30am. Interment to follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
