When you worked with Dawn you couldn't have a bad shift. Even on your worst day after venting and gossiping Dawn would give you that infectious giggle that you couldn't help but smile after. I remember seeing Dawn when I was growing up shopping at the store with my family and even then she was always nice to me and my sister, I never would have expected to spend almost 10 years of my life working with her; 10 years of coffee breaks, gossiping and all of her amazing haircuts. To know Dawn was to know her whole family. Not only because a lot of them worked together but because you couldn't go a day without at least one of them stopping at the store to shop. She talked endlessly about all of them and how much she loved them. Getting the chance to work with Dawn, Barb, Jadyn and Rylee really shows you that kindness is in no short supply because their whole family are some of the most kindhearted and joyful people I've met.
I think what I'll remember most is whenever Barb would go on her breaks she would call Dawn so that they could have their coffees together. I'll be thinking about Dawn whenever I pop into the store and will miss her dearly, but I'm sure Barb was waiting with open arms for her beautiful daughter, ready to share some warm drinks.

I’m heartbroken and at a loss for words hearing of Dawn’s passing. She was a grade/high school friend who was always sweet and kind to me. Her beautiful blue eyes would twinkle when she smiled and her laugh was contagious. My sincere condolences to the Lapierre Family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all during this difficult time. She was truly an angel and earned her wings. May she find peace knowing that she is with her Mom. You will be missed Dawn.

I have to say that I am heartbroken by the loss of one of my grade/high school besties. Dawn was one of the kindest most selfless individuals I have ever met. I have many fond memories of being at Dawn’s house with her amazing & supportive family. Barb & Lloyd were the coolest parents. They guided me through some of the most impressionable years of my life. Thank you Dawn for being that sweet, supportive & all around good friend. I am sending you a great big hug Lloyd and sending my sincere condolences to the entire Lapierre family. I find comfort that she is in the loving arms of her mother that she missed so deeply. Dawn will be missed!

Well. What do you say at a time like this? I am glad that I have many memories of Dawn. Her smile that lit up her beautiful, bright and sparkling eyes. Her giggly, infectious laugh, sleepovers, running around at night playing block tag through the cemetery, listening to Dean and Kristine argue until Dawn told you all to shut up and then we would laugh, the great talks in the kitchen with Barb and Lloyd who always kept us in check cause Barb would kick our butts otherwise. And there are many more that I am so happy to have in my memories. I know that Heaven has gained a beautiful soul. God Bless all of you at this difficult time. Loretta
