I feel great sadness and regret hearing that Pete had passed away. I have so many fond albeit old memories of Pete at Emery's Park in Emeryville. A better friend I could not have asked for during those years in the early 60's and then again in the mid 70's. My regret is that I never had a chance to reconnect with my earliest childhood buddy before his passing. My most heart felt condolences go out today to Lola and Mike as well as Mike and Marianne and all of Pete's family.

We wish to send to you, Mike and Lola and family our sincerest condolances regarding you loss of Peter.. I know it has been quite some time since we have been in touch, we won' t say how long. I, Lyle Begbie have been retired for 15 years, but every once in a while Betty and I think of you both, but never seem to get around to contacting you. I am sure you remember our daughter Debbie Waddell from when she worked at Hunters Pharmacy with you. Anyways we all wanted to send our deepest sympathiesa to you and your family in the loss of Peter and let you know that you have not been forgoten.
