Windsor Chapel - With You... Every Step Of The Way

Traditional Services

We understand that the death of a loved one can be a very difficult time and appreciate that a family’s decisions may be influenced by religious beliefs, cultural customs, budget as well as personal preference and final wishes. We are pleased to offer our families many different choices to help our families make the best decision to accommodate their unique needs.

A personalized funeral service is created by taking all of the family’s wishes into account. A traditional funeral service or mass, for example, allows family and friends the time to and space to grieve and to celebrate, to remember and to honour their loved one in a unique and meaningful way. We feel this is an important part of coming to terms with a death. For more information and guidance about how to completely customize and personalize a funeral, ask for a copy of our helpful guide called “Planning a Funeral: Things to Remember” inspired by the families we serve.

There are countless options available and we will assist the family in what is most meaningful to them. Visitations provide a central gathering place for family and friends to cope with their grief. They also help in the acknowledgement that a life has been lived, while confirming the reality and finality of the death, helping a family to better cope with their grief and enabling them to move forward with their lives.

Different options for families when choosing from a Traditional Funeral Service / Burial Service are:

  • Full Funeral Service with one or two day’s visitation, followed with a Chapel Service or Mass at church
  • Funeral Service with visitation one to three hours prior to the service
  • Graveside Service with family and friends
  • Immediate Burial
