To the Wonderful Staff at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home
I would personally like to thank each and every one of you for all of your help and support during a very difficult time for my family and I. Everyone went above and beyond the call of duty. I have always known how special the staff was at Windsor Chapel and have felt so privileged to know each of you over the past few years. You have certainly become another family to me.
You definitely tried to make sure that the funeral for my Meme was personalized to suit the needs of my family by making sure that every detail was taken care of. From the moment that my father and aunt came in, to arrange for the funeral they felt welcomed. The staff at Windsor Chapel Funeral Home made everyone one in my family feel comfortable over the course of time that we were there. This is certainly not an easy task. As hard as it is to lose a loved one, I know that each of you played a part in making this a little easier on each of us.
It really takes a special person to work in the industry that you are in. Dealing with the public at a very troubling time is not easy and can be very stressful. You are faced with a lot on a daily basis and I truly have so much respect for all of you. You all make up an extraordinary team. Whether you are the first person someone sees at the door, the one who answers the phone, the one that takes care of the building or cars, the one upstairs or downstairs that the family may or may not see or the funeral director; please know that you each play an important role in making up the team of Windsor Chapel Funeral Home.
I will always remember the wonderful things that you had done. I thank-you from the bottom of my heart for all that you have given to me.
